GENERAL INFORMATION
Documents Requirement
- Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months with Two Blank Pages, and is not damaged.
- Visa Application Form: The form shall be filled online (on DU Digital website), printed out and signed.
- Two recent photographs of the applicant. Please check details under the tab Photo Specifications.
- Confirmed inbound ticket to Thailand
- From India:
- Original letter from related organisation located in India to confirm purpose (if applicable)
- From Thailand:
- Original invitation letter from related organisation to the applicant confirming its acceptance of applicant’s volunteering
- Copy of Certificate / License to establish the organisation issued by the Thai concerned authority
- Evidence of adequate finance (Any of below)
- Original Bank Statement from past 6 months
- Copy of credit Card issued by a bank or financial institution along with credit card statement from last month.
- Applicant traveling from some particular countries (see list) have to submit International Health Certificate of Yellow Fever Vaccination.
- For All Visa application Covid Vaccination Certificate and Aadhaar card is required.
Photo Specifications
Please provide two recent photograph (not more than 6 months old) of yourself, which should not have been used previously in the passport. The photograph should be in colour and:
- Taken against a white background so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background.
- Clear share quality and with the 80% face in focus.
- Printed on normal photographic paper (camera print).
- Full face, non-smiling [without glasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background]
- Please stick the Photograph on the Visa Application Form.
- Note: Please follow these instructions carefully. If photographs presented do not meet these requirements your application will be considered incomplete. A photo booth meeting these requirements is available at the centre.
Processing Time
The normal visa processing period of the Consulate is 4 working days. Granting the decision of visa application is at complete discretion of Consulate.
