Documents Requirement

• Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months
• A complete Visa Application form with the original signature of the applicant
• Two colour photographs of the applicant as per specification*
• Confirmed tickets in and out of Thailand
• Confirmed hotel/accommodation reservation in Thailand under the applicant’s name
• Current residence or location proof
• Financial evidence with an amount equivalent to no less than 500,000 THB or 1,000,000 INR, e.g. bank statements, sponsorship letter, pay slip
• An employment contract or employment certificate in their country or professional portfolio showcasing digital nomad, remote worker, foreign talent or freelancer status
• Invitation letter from the company in Thailand to attend the activity (sport-related activity, cooking class, medical treatment, meeting, seminar, art performance)
• A relationship proof, e.g., a marriage certificate or birth certificate or adoption certificate (in case of a dependent or family member – spouse and children aged under20 years)

Photo Specifications

Please provide two recent photograph (not more than 6 months old) of yourself, which should not have been used previously in the passport. The photograph should be in colour and:

• Taken against a white background so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background.
• Clear share quality and with the 80% face in focus.
• Printed on normal photographic paper (camera print).
• Full face, non-smiling [without glasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background]
• Please stick the Photograph on the Visa Application Form.
• Note: Please follow these instructions carefully. If photographs presented do not meet these requirements your application will be considered incomplete. A photo booth meeting these requirements is available at the centre.
